We’re going to be totally honest and admit we have absolutely no idea what this cat is dressed as, but it doesn’t matter. That hat is amazing, and we’re totally digging the poofy thing around his neck. We’re not sure this cat loves his costume as much as we do, but hey, that’s life.
Looks like a Cruella de Vil costume to me. Cats don’t eat or wear puppies, but they wouldn’t mind arranging for their demise on principle, so this is a good cat costume idea.
